What does +VAT mean for my subscription price?

All listed prices exclude VAT (currently 20% in the UK). VAT is added to your monthly subscription invoice.

What is the difference between Group A and Group B vehicles?

Group A is our standard fleet — hatchbacks, SUVs and family cars. Group B is our prestige fleet (Audi, BMW, etc.) and is only available on Diamond, with a £165+VAT/month upgrade.

Can I upgrade my plan mid-subscription?

Yes, depending on your current plan — speak to our team and we’ll advise you on options

Is there a minimum contract period?

We offer 6-month and 12-month subscriptions. Longer plans benefit from a lower monthly price.

What is the 4-day minimum hire rule?

On Bronze, Silver and Gold, each vehicle you swap onto must be kept for at least 4 days before swapping again.

Can I use a disability adapted vehicle on any plan?

Yes — adapted vehicles and WAVs are available across our plans, subject to vehicle group.

Maintenance, MOT, servicing and breakdown are all included. We'll arrange everything for you.
