What Is a Vehicle Swap?
A vehicle swap allows you to exchange your current subscription vehicle for a different one during your subscription period. It works for both standard vehicles and wheelchair accessible vehicles.
How Many Swaps Do I Get?
This depends on your plan:
- Bronze, Silver and Gold plans: unlimited vehicle swaps (within the terms of your day allocation)
- Diamond (6-month plan): 3 free vehicle swaps included
- Diamond (12-month plan): 6 free vehicle swaps included
All swaps on Diamond are free of charge. There’s no admin fee, no delivery surcharge — it’s part of the plan.

Can I Swap Between Standard and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles?
Yes. If your needs change during your subscription period, you can move between vehicle types. Just speak to our team.
What Vehicles Can I Swap To?
You can swap to any vehicle on our current fleet within your vehicle group (Group A or Group B on Diamond). Our fleet includes hatchbacks, SUVs, saloons, wheelchair accessible vehicles and mobility adapted options.
