The Ultimate Guide to AVC’s Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond Plans

One of the most common questions we get at AVC is: “Which plan is right for me?” It’s a fair question — we offer four different subscription tiers, and the answer depends entirely on how often you actually need a vehicle.

Here’s a plain-English breakdown of every plan, who it’s designed for, and what you get.

The Big Picture: How AVC Plans Work

AVC is not a traditional car lease. It’s a vehicle subscription — meaning you pay a monthly fee and, depending on your plan, you get access to a vehicle for a certain number of days each month. Plans run over 6 or 12 months. No advance payments. All insurance, servicing, MOT and breakdown cover included in every tier.

Bronze — The Starter Plan (from £158 + VAT/month)

Bronze is designed for people who only need a vehicle occasionally — for appointments, weekends, trips or errands. It gives you:

  • 32 days per year for small vehicles (or 53 days on a 12-month plan)
  • 28 days for medium vehicles (46 on 12 months)
  • 25 days for large vehicles (41 on 12 months)
  • Unlimited vehicle swaps

Best for: Someone who doesn’t drive daily but needs reliable access to a vehicle a few times a month. Also excellent for people who need a wheelchair accessible vehicle periodically — for hospital appointments, family outings, or holidays.

Silver — The Flex Plan (from £276 + VAT/month on 12 months)

Silver gives you roughly double the vehicle days of Bronze, with a 4-day minimum hire per booking:

  • 56 days for small vehicles (93 on 12 months)
  • 49 days for medium (81 on 12 months)
  • 44 days for large (73 on 12 months)

Best for: Part-time workers, carers, or anyone who needs a vehicle several days a week but not every day. The 12-month Silver plan represents excellent value at £276/month all-in.

Gold — The Freedom Plan (from £394 + VAT/month on 12 months)

Gold gives you regular, frequent access — enough for most people to feel like they have a vehicle “most of the time”:

  • 80 days for small vehicles (133 on 12 months)
  • 70 days for medium (116 on 12 months)
  • 63 days for large (104 on 12 months)

Best for: People with busy schedules who need a vehicle regularly but are happy to plan their usage. On a 12-month plan, Gold gives you a vehicle roughly every 2–3 days.

Diamond — The Limitless Plan (from £585 + VAT/month on 12 months)

Diamond is the closest to a traditional lease — but with key differences. You have the vehicle every day, and it includes:

  • Group A vehicles from £585 + VAT/month (12 months) or £595 + VAT/month (6 months)
  • Group B (premium/larger vehicles) from £165 + VAT/month additional
  • 3 free vehicle swaps on 6-month plans
  • 6 free vehicle swaps on 12-month plans
  • No advance payments

Best for: Anyone who wants a full-time vehicle with flexibility. The swap option is transformative — want to try a different car, need a larger vehicle for a holiday, or upgrading to something more prestige? Just swap.
